Suggestion Therapy

When hypnotherapy is mentioned the most common thing which comes to mind is that of suggestion therapy. This is often used where someone wants to stop smoking or possibly in weight loss. During this process, the therapist will talk to you, allow you to relax into a receptive, hypnotic state and then will make suggestions about how you will be when you stop smoking or lose weight or what ever habit you have consulted on.

If someone really has to go on a flight and has a phobia, suggestion therapy can be used to help someone do what they need to do. It can be very effective and indeed can be all that is required.
